Stable Pool of Contracted Seafarers

Great importance is attached to marine student cultivation. We recruit graduates from more than 20 maritime colleges annually, and have achieved a pool of more than 1000 contracted seafarers. Besides, we established long-term cooperation with 5 colleges, namely Shandong Jiaotong University, Qingdao Harbour Vocational & Technical College, Tianjin Maritime College, Shandong Maritime Vocational College, and Hebei Building Materials College Maritime Institute. Currently, almost 400 students are studying in these colleges. Our efforts in this regard subsided the impact from the decrease in quantity and quality of seafarers, contributing to the progressive growth in seafarer pool and contracted seafarer percentage.
